The M State volleyball team opened the home portion of their 2018 schedule on Wednesday night with a 3-0 (25-16, 25-17, 25-22) loss to NDSCS from Wahpeton.
The lady Spartans were led by Megan Dreger (10 kills, 3 blocks, 7 digs), Hannah Ekse (7 kills, 2 blocks), Kassandra Algarate (5 kills, 1 block, 5 digs), Lexus Noyes (10 digs), Sydney Hovland (22 set assists, 14 digs, 2 blocks) and Taylor Berndt (12 digs).
Serving leaders were Ekse (9/9), Noyes (8/8), Berndt (8/8), Mia Greenman (10/11, 1 ace), Hovland (10/11, 1 ace) and Corina Mark (8/9).
M State will host Minnesota West at 6:30pm on Friday.
