Spartans Men's Golf News
The M State Men’s Golf Team came up short in their bid to qualify for the NJCAA National Tournament as Southwest Tech put together two solid days on the Jewel Golf Club course in Lake City to claim the Region XIII championship. Southwest Tech had a two day total of 611 (309-302) and the Spartans ended up with a 657 (329-328).
M State women’s golfer Amara Neuerburg qualified individually for the NJCAA Division III National Tournament in Chautaqua, New York, shooting a two-round total of 178 (92 at Pebble Lake on Wednesday and 86 at Hawley on Friday). She will compete at the National Tournament June 2-5.
The 2025-26 NJCAA Division III Region XIII Men's golf qualifier will take place May 4th / 5th at the Jewel Golf Club, Lake City, MN
The M State Spartan Men's golf team closed out the fall season at the Comet Invitational at the Hawley Golf Club. The Spartans finished in 8th place with a two-day total of 672 (344-328).
After a tough first day, our men bounced back and played some nice golf on day two. Adrian had a tremendous round, and Thor birdied his first two holes on the way to a very nice round as well. I thought Brant Baron also had a solid two days.
M State Men's Team places 7th at the two day VSCU invite. Adrian Fillipi Lead the way for the Spartans with a two-day total of 158 (70-80).
