The Spartan Men’s golf team overcame a 10-shot day one deficit to win the Region XIII National Qualifier at The Quarry Golf Course at Giant’s Ridge near Biwabik, and advance to the NJCAA Division III National Championship next June.
The Spartan Men’s golf team trail Southwest Tech by 10 strokes after the day one of the Region XIII National Qualifier at The Quarry Golf Course at Giant’s Ridge near Biwabik, MN. They shot 359 and Southwest Tech shot 349.
The M State men’s golf team won a triangular at Maple River Golf Course in Mapleton, North Dakota of Friday with a team score of 330.
The M State Spartan Men's Golf team completed the 2nd day of the University of James town fall invite finishing in 6th place with a 3 round total of score of 979 (333-326-320) Leading the Spartans for the 2nd straight day was Charlie Fuder who shot 86-77-76 (979).
The Spartan men’s team finished in third place out of nine teams, shooting a 316. Charlie Fuder shot an even par round of 72 to earn 2nd place individually in a field of 48 players.
Adam Vatnsdal led the Spartans with a 76, placing 3rd overall and Charlie Fuder was tied for 4th overall with a 78.
The M State Golf Team participated in two meets hosted by UM-Morris at two different courses on Monday and Tuesday.
