M State Goes 1-3 in 4 Game Series with Anoka-Ramsey
The M State baseball team played four games in two days against Anoka-Ramsey Community College, winning one game and losing three. The Spartans were swept on Friday, 11-2 and 16-9. On Saturday, M State was a 6-5 winner in the first game of their double header, but dropped the nightcap, 9-5.

Friday – Game 1
Anoka-Ramsey 11, M State 2
Keaton Dickie, Ero Lamppa, Pete O'kimosh, Brody Bose, and Halen Jones each collected one hit for the Spartans. Preston Thielke (6IP, 5H, 2R, 1ER, 8K, 2BB) was the winning pitcher for the Golden Rams. Will Ambrose and Collin Tollefson each homered and drove in four runs apiece for Anoka-Ramsey.
Friday – Game 2
Anoka-Ramsey 16, M State 9
Each team had 10 hits in this game. An eight run fifth inning gave the Golden Rams a 12-4 lead. Carson Shaver went 2-for-3 at the plate with 4 runs batted in. M State was led by Hunter Cliff (1-4, 2 RBI). Isaac Kawlewski (5IP, 5H, 6R, 3K, 3BB) was the winning pitcher for Anoka-Ramsey, while Kamryn Rippy (4.1IP, 8R, 5H, 4K, 5BB) took the loss for M State.

M State 6, Anoka-Ramsey 5
The game was tied at five in the top of the sixth when Hunter Cliff grounded out, scoring the game winning run for M State. Brody Bose drove in a pair of runs for the Spartans, going 2-for-4 at the plate and Pete O'kimosh was 3-for-3. The win went to Ero Lamppa (5.2IP, 6H, 5R, 3ER, 3K, 4BB).

Anoka-Ramsey 9, M State 5
Pete O'kimosh launched a 3-run home run and Keaton Dickie had a solo shot to lead the M State offense. Dickie was 2-for-4 at the plate. Jack Teachworth (6IP, 5H, 5R, 4ER, 5K, 6BB) was the winning pitcher for the Golden Rams.
