Cyclones Sweep Lady Spartans in MCAC Volleyball
The M State lady Spartans hosted St. Cloud Technical and Community College in a MCAC Southern Division volleyball contest on Wednesday night. The Cyclone survived a competitive first set to take a 28-26 victory and then cruised through the final two sets, 25-10, 25-20, to win the match in 3 sets.

Brooklyn Fischer led the attack for the Cyclones with 15 kills and Jocelyn Zoller led a solid serving performance for the visitors, delivering 5 ace serves and serving 11 straight points during a dominant second set.
Taylor Dingwall (7 kills, 8 digs, 2 assisted blocks), Keela Johnson (6 kills, 8 digs), Sophie Sanstead (12 digs, 3 kills, 20 set assists) and Katie Hess (14 digs) were the stat leaders for M State. Terri Wind delivered 2 solo blocks and 2 kills, Kaitlyn Olson contributed 4 kills and Zoey Felts served up a pair of aces.
M State will host Trinity Bible College in a non-conference contest at noon on Saturday.
