Marty and Strom Receive NJCAA Division III All-American Honors
The M State volleyball team had two players make the 2021 NJCAA Division III All-American Team. Libero Bailey Marty was named to the first team and setter Kaia Strom was named to the second team. The lady Spartans finished third in the NJCAA Division III National Tournament in November and ended the season with a record of 21-6.

The lady Spartans finished third in the NJCAA Division III National Tournament in November and ended the season with a record of 21-6.
Marty, a native of Chokio, MN, compiled season totals of 65 assists, 61 aces, 32 kills, and 821 digs. She was named the MCAC Southern Division Player of the Year and selected to the MCAC Southern Division 1st Team, MCAC All Division Team, and Region 13A All Tournament Team. Bailey finishes her career at M State as the All Time Leader for Career Digs with 1,385. The previous record was 1,029.
Strom, a native of Fergus Falls, MN, finished her freshman season with 676 assists, 53 aces, 97 kills, and 256 digs. She was selected to the MCAC Southern Division 1st Team, MCAC All Division Team, Region 13A All Tournament Team, and NJCAA DIII National All Tournament Team.
