Bailey Marty Earns NCJAA National Defensive Player Of The Week
Freshman Bailey Marty earns both the conference and national defensive player of the week honors.

Bailey Marty performances last week have led to a big honor. The freshman from Chokio, Minnesota was named the NJCAA National Defensive Player of the Week. She also claimed the MCAC defensive player of the week. This is the first time this year a Spartan vollyball player has earned national honors. Marty collected 39 total digs in two Spartan wins and averged 6.50 digs per set. Her standout performances this year helped lead the Spartans to the Region XIII A tournament as the #2 seed this weekend.
