MCAC Defensive Player of the Week
Mia Greenman (Canby, MN), a libero at M State-Fergus Falls has earned the Defensive Player-of-the-Week honor for the opening week of play in the Minnesota College Athletic Conference.

Freshman Mia Greenman was named the MCAC Defensive Player of the Week. This year the North and South Divisions are together and not separate for Player of the Week awards, so this is a great accomplishment the opening week!
Greenman currently leads the MCAC and is third nationally in digs, collecting 106 total across five matches for the Spartans. Her squad went 3-1 at the MCAC Crossover Tournament, collecting wins against Rainy River, Itasca and Northland, while dropping a 3-1 decision to third-ranked Central Lakes.
M State will take on North Dakota State College of Science on Wednesday, August 29 at home. The non-conference match is set for a 6:30pm start.
