M State Freshman Ellia Soydara fires a second round 81.
Soydara in 4th overall after shooing an 81 on Day Two of the national tournament.
Results of Round 2 of the 2023 NJCAA Div. III National Golf Championship at Chautauqua Golf Club (Par 72) in Chautauqua, NY. This is a 4 round championship that concludes on Friday.
Women:
*M State Freshman Ellia Soydara fires a second round 81.
*Soydara's two day total of 161 (80-81) puts her 4th overall in the individual standings.
*Soydara birdied the 17th hole (2nd most difficult by scoring average on the course).
*Trinity Ahing of Sandhills CC shot the low round of the tournament (73) and has opened up an 8 shot individual lead with at two day total of 147.
