Lady Spartans Stage 4th Quarter Rally but Come up Short in 48-46 Loss to St. Cloud
Trailing 37-30 after three quarters, the lady Spartans put on a fourth quarter push that brought them to within two points at the final buzzer as they fell to St. Cloud, 48-46. The Spartans dominated the boards, 54-29, and shot 36.4% (16-44) from the field, while holding the Cyclones to just 23% (15-65) shooting on the night.

Kaitlyn Olson registered a double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds, and Kaylee Robinson also scored 13 points. Terri Wind just missed a double-double, scoring 9 points and grabbing 11 boards. Taylor Dingwall secured 9 rebounds and led the team with 3 steals. Robinson had a team high 4 assists. Jailyn Walker contributed 7 points and 7 rebounds off the bench.
Leaders for St. Cloud were Brooklyn Fischer (13 points, 3 rebounds, 3 steals), Kahlia Briley (10 points, 8 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals) and Jadyn Young (9 points, 6 rebounds).
