Central Lakes Overcomes 10 Point Halftime Deficit to Post 4 Point Win over Lady Spartans
The M State lady Spartans led a 27-17 halftime lead get away from them on Friday night as the Central Lakes Raiders outscored M State 36-22 over the final 20 minutes to record a 53-49 victory in Fergus Falls. The Raiders shot just 25% in the first half, but hit 48% of their second half field goal attempts on the way to the win.

Central Lakes also held a 42-27 edge on the board. They were led by Tylicia Graves-Desjarlait who produced 20 points and 4 rebounds off the bench. She was joined in double figures by Reese Hartl with 12 points. Hartl also contributed 6 rebounds, 2 assists and 4 steals. Alyssa Wright just missed a double-double, scoring 8 points and snaring a dozen rebounds.
Leaders for M State were Felicity LeBlanc (16 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists, 4 steals), Madi Foss (13 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 steals) and Tenley Epema (12 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists). The lady Spartans hit just 35.8% (19-53) of their shots from the floor.
M State will host Gogebic College from Michigan in a 1:00pm tip-off on Saturday.
