Rochester, Mn:
Perfection is hard to find in sports- but Minnesota State-Fergus Falls pitcher, Tarryn Justesen was as close as one could get on Friday, April 7th.
Justesen surrendered only one base on balls to Ridgewater College in the last inning of her no-hit, complete game victory over the Warriors. M-State and Justeson defeated Ridgewater, 9-0 and swept Minnesota West 2-1 and 11-1, a match-up in which Justeson won both ends of the double-header against the LadyJays.
Over the course of the week, Justesen pitched 31 innings, struck out 41 batters, and served up the no-hitter vs. Ridgewater.
M-State is back in action on Friday, April 14th when they travel to Riverland Community College for an MCAC double-header.
