Spartan Baseball Team Falls to Concordia JV, 8-5. The Concordia JV team broke a 5-5 tie with a 3-run seventh inning and went on to defeat the M State baseball team by the score of 8-5 on Friday. The Spartans had tied the game with 2 runs in the top of the seventh.
Isaac Hamann (2-4, RBI, 2R), Tyson Barthel (2-4, RBI), Logan Pulju (2-3, RBI, R), Connor Davis (1-3, RBI), Eoghan Fisher (1-5, RBI) and Bryce Kruger (1-4, 2B, R) were the offensive leaders for M State.
M State will be hosting Central Lakes Community College in a double header on Saturday with the first game scheduled to begin at 1:00pm.
