"We played a very good first half," commented M State Head Coach Janice Hendrickson. "We moved the ball well and were very unselfish with 26 assists in the game. Our inability to stop the drive hurt us in the second half and Rainy River did a great job taking care of the ball, having only seven turnovers. We are continuing to improve with each game and when we can play a full forty minutes of basketball we will see success."
