"It was nice for us to compete again after the long Winter break. The first day was one of the toughest days I can remember for windy conditions. Combine that with the fact we played poorly it was quite a struggle. The 2nd day we played much better. Chris Swenson played a great round and hit some fantastic iron shots. Kyle Boe had his best round a Spartan and showed his potential. We will continue to work to hard in leading up to the National Tournament in June." said Head Coach Jason Retzlaff.
The Spartans will compete at the NJCAA Div. III National Championship at Chautauqua Golf Course in Chautauqua, NY June 6-9.
